1 Regular replace lubricating oil in gear box, the lubricating oil can be used in No. 10, No. 20 and No. 30 oil.
2 If chain is too loose, can take out several adjustment method, if has severely stretched, it should be replaced. in accordance with certain amount to the way and principle,maintenance and solve the problem of different fault, adjustment and replacement of the chain: the chain should pay attention to the installation direction of the joint spring card and chain operation direction, in order to avoid the runtime impact, beating, even the collision loss.
3 All rolling bearings to unpick and wash, and add new grease can be used calcium sodium base grease.
4 Remove dirt all friction surface, especially for the chain and the chain wheel to be cleaned and re filling of lubricating oil.
5 Appropriate heating drum, and put a small amount of carton sealing machine for oil, so that the inner surface of the cylinder cover melting, and then cut off all power supply. When necessary, the machine looks up spray paint, drying, covered with plastic paper, dry place preservation.
