‘I’ shape carton sealing system, which is comprised of standard case sealer + carton edge sealing machine, is side drive type, and is driven by two motors. This system is good at dealing with small cartons for edge sealing. First step in the use of ‘I’ shape sealing system is to tape sealing carton centers by the automatic case sealer, then rotate the carton 90 degree by the carton rotating structure to let the carton pass through the automatic carton edge sealer, which achieves tape sealing of four edges of the carton to accomplish the whole sealing process.
1.According to the carton size, manual adjusting machine width and height,simple, convenient,fast.
2.After carton through the front cover folding lid carton sealer sealed then putted into the 90 degree angle machine,by the pushing plate pushed into the corner and side carton sealer.
3.Through the corner and side carton sealer to complete the four corner edge of top and bottom sealing,ultimately achieve the perfect H-shaped sealing.
